What is Gobbly?
Gobbly is an all-in-one restaurant management platform that combines POS, kitchen display, digital menus with QR ordering, and smart payments into a single real-time app. It replaces paper tickets and scattered tools with one unified system.
Who is Gobbly for?
Gobbly is designed for any food-service business — from small neighborhood bistros and cafes to multi-location restaurant groups. Whether you run a quick-service spot or a fine-dining establishment, Gobbly adapts to your workflow.
How is Gobbly different from other restaurant management tools?
Unlike traditional solutions that require multiple disconnected systems, Gobbly integrates POS, kitchen management, digital menus, and payments in one platform. Everything syncs in real time, so your front-of-house and kitchen are always on the same page.
Is Gobbly available in my language?
Gobbly is currently available in English, Spanish, and Catalan. We are actively working on adding more languages. Your customer-facing digital menu can be displayed in multiple languages simultaneously.
Pricing & Plans
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 1-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to get started. After the trial, you can choose the plan that best fits your restaurant.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer bank transfer and custom invoicing.

Does Gobbly work offline?
Gobbly is designed as an online-first platform for real-time synchronization. However, core POS functions continue to work during brief connectivity interruptions, and data syncs automatically once the connection is restored.
Can customers order from their phone?
Yes. Customers scan a QR code at their table to browse your full menu, view allergen information, and place orders directly from their phone. No app download required — it works in any mobile browser.
Does it support bill splitting?
Yes. Gobbly offers flexible bill splitting — customers can split by item, equal shares, or custom amounts. It supports cash, card, and mixed payments all in one transaction.
Can I customize my digital menu?
Absolutely. You can organize dishes into categories, add photos and allergen information, set daily specials, and manage availability in real time. Changes are reflected instantly on the customer-facing QR menu.
Technical
What devices does Gobbly work on?
Gobbly runs in any modern web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — on tablets, laptops, and desktops. The kitchen display is optimized for tablet use, while the POS works great on any screen size.
Do I need special hardware?
No special hardware is required. Gobbly works on the devices you already have — any tablet, laptop, or computer with a web browser. For printing, it supports standard thermal receipt printers via the browser.
How do I set up Gobbly?
Setup takes about 20 minutes. Create your account, add your menu items (or import from a spreadsheet), print QR codes for your tables, and you are ready to go. Our onboarding guide walks you through every step.
Legal & Compliance
Is Gobbly VeriFactu compliant?
Yes. Gobbly's Pro and Enterprise plans include VeriFactu-compliant invoicing out of the box. All invoices meet Spanish electronic invoicing regulations, so you stay compliant without any extra effort.
How does Gobbly handle my data (GDPR)?
Gobbly is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on EU-based servers, and never sold to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
Does Gobbly generate legal invoices?
Yes. Gobbly generates legally valid invoices that comply with Spanish tax regulations. Pro and Enterprise plans include VeriFactu-compliant electronic invoicing, and all invoices can be downloaded or emailed directly to customers.
