Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a 1-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose the plan that best fits your restaurant.
What happens if I exceed the Starter plan limits?
If you need more than 10 tables, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan. We'll never cut off your service unexpectedly — you'll receive a notification with plenty of time to decide.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. That means the Pro plan comes to just €39/month when billed annually.
